The cost of the cake is dependent on the complexity of your custom cake design. Your flavors do not influence the cost of your tiered cake.

We have packaged together some of our favorite cakes and treats to help you with your planning.
Mini Cakes
Our mini cakes are only available in round, no squares. This is a round 3″ x 2″ mini cake and made up of 2 layers of cake and 1 layer of filling.
Mini cakes start at $15/each
The price per mini cake is dependent on the complexity of your custom cake design.
Minimum order for mini cakes are 1 dozen (12 mini cakes) and ordered by the dozen thereafter. Flavors are ordered by the dozen.

- Honolulu (between Moanalua to Kahala, including Waikiki) – starting at $50.00
- Aina Haina to Hawaii Kai – starting at $80.00
- Aiea, Pearl City, Hickam, Kaneohe, Kailua, Waimanalo, Waipahu, Waikele – starting at $90
- Restaurant 604, Battleship Missouri, Hickam Officers Club, Kunia, Mililani – starting at $100
- Lanikuhonua, Ko Olina, Kapolei, Kualoa Ranch – starting at $150
- Nanakuli to Makaha, Dillingham Ranch, Mokuleia, Waialua, Wahiawa, Haleiwa to Kaawa – starting at $200
You may arrange a pick up of your cake in advance from our bakery. Cakes or dessert tables requiring on-site assembly will be charged an additional fee. We do not guarantee the safety of your cake if we do not deliver.

**NOTE: As of March 2020, due to COVID-19, we have temporarily paused doing in person consultations and cake tastings. We are happy to consult with you on the phone, or virtually through a FaceTime or Zoom call. However we highly recommend correspondence via email so we have all your details in writing. A virtual consultation WITH a take home cake bento box for tasting is $58.
Or we can prepare a take home cake bento box for $28 and coordinate your details with you via email at no additional cost. We can prepare our bento box for you to pick up on TUESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY and SATURDAYS ONLY and by pre order only. Our bento box includes 6 flavors to taste, we recommend #1 – #6 on our Flavor menu of our website, our 6 most popular flavors. Let us know which 6 flavors you want to confirm

Wednesday & Saturday: 9am to 12pm
Sunday: 9am only for pick ups

PLEASE NOTE there will be a 15 minute grace period from the start of your virtual consultation for you to log on or get in contact with us. If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of the start of your consultation then you will forfeit the remainder of your time slot.
Fee Processing:
For the consultation or bento box fee, we will email you a form to fill out with your card info to pay online, or send a check in the mail payable to A Cake Life 2320 South King Street Honolulu, HI 96826
The consultation fee is refundable up to one week prior to your consultation.

We are across the Stadium Park on the left side of King Street, in the same complex as L&L & Kozo Sushi. We are in between L&L and Aloha Vietnamese, and have a sign on our door with our WHITE curtains.
Payment:
Due to the detail, customization and attention we give to each cake, we can only accommodate a limited number of cakes per day and will close out the date. We recommend contacting us once you confirm the date and venue of your event. Please call, email us or complete our Contact Form to inquire for your reservation.
The TOTAL for your order is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. After contract is emailed to you, payment acknowledges terms of our contract. A 40% retainer is due in order to secure the date of your event. The retainer is to cover costs already accrued for toward your contract for time and fees associated with design work, communications to organize the details of your contract and reserving your reservation date.
Any cancelations must be made in writing to “A Cake Life, LLC”. All orders must be finalized by 30 days prior to event date. Any accommodated changes will be subject to additional fees, as determined by ACL. A Cake Life, LLC shall not be held responsible for “forces of nature” events that prevents its performance for fulfilling your contract. Full balance of your order is due no later than 2 weeks prior to your event. If full balance is not paid by the 2 week due date, then a $10/day late fee will be charged until the full balance is paid. ACL is not responsible for damages that occur to your cake after pick up from our shop or after set up is completed. A Cake Life will create your cake so long as our facilities are operational and agreed to provide our best efforts to security set up your cake upon delivery or provide recommendations for safe pick up and transport of your cake.
Any NSF check will be assessed a $50.00 surcharge.
We accept cash, check and most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and JCB), and Venmo. We do not accept American Express. Please make checks payable to ‘A Cake Life’.
